Billy makes his return with a new single,

This is the first single taken from his french disc "Big City" I think it is a bit of a departure for the usually pop star on the single "Bright lights" we find Billy going into more of a straight ahead R&B style which is very reminisent of the R-Kelly and Jay-z song "fiesta" the remix, but I think he pulls it off just fine. This is not the best song on the album, but I think it's a whole lot of fun and the video is also done very well. The remixes are not to far removed from the original.
