This is a cozy cart cover, however, it does not come with a belt to fasten your baby in. The directions say to use the shopping cart belt. Well isn't that the whole point of a cart cover not to have the baby touch the cart. We all know how nasty those shopping cart belts can be. Also, not all carts have belts on them. The package is very misleading as you can see a belt on the back of the seat which I originally thought was to fasten the child. I took a strap from my older son's old cart cover and use that. It is not as safe as my son's was nor does it match. Overall, if I knew this did not have a belt, I would never have purchased it.

This is a pretty good cart cover. The toy loops have really been handy because my daughter has reached the "drop stuff and make Mom pick it up" phase! I just link up some plastic toys and my daughter keeps herself busy while we shop. I also like the cute fabric. This has worked very well for us in restaurant high chairs and it's been adequate as a cart cover.

I don't like that I have to use the dirty belt on the cart/high chair with the cover. I wish this came with a belt that I could loop through the cover and the cart instead. I'm going to have to purchase one separately. Also, the back section is a tight squeeze on some carts and very loose on others.

After researching many covers online I purchased this one... but was totally surprised when it arrived... It has no buckle... Isn't the whole point of the cover not to have my baby touch the germy cart ... yet I am suppose to use the cart buckle on the baby?? Sent it back the next day and purchased a floppy seat cover which I love :)
