As an independent businessman, I read this book with much excitement and found Mr. Krumroy's strategies to have been vital to my business growth. For a sole proprietor like myself, I am always looking for new ways for vertical business growth. His concept of staying in touch with the "client" prompted me to create a free on-line newsletter for my individual as well as corporate clients, and they look forward to receiving it every month. I look forward to implementing many of Mr. Krumroy's business strategies. An excellent idea generator!
