Chock full of anecdotes and real-life examples and tools, this book starts out engaging, stays engaging, and creates confidence in oneself as a coach, while building curiosity and excitement about working with others. An important addition to any coaching or Enneagram library!

I have coached professionals, managers, and executives for years in a corporate setting. And having used the Enneagram for personal and professional developmen for myself and coachees, I have read many books on the subject of coaching with the Enneagram. But none so far has specifically addressed coaching within an organization with such breadth and depth.
This is a must read for anyone who coaches using the Enneagram!

This book is very useful to coaches, managers, and any type of leaader. It is useful because Ginger clearly describes the thinking, feeling, and behavioural patterns of individuals and provides a clear framework of how to work with people.
