starts off puroporting to be a product of the Mayo Clininc center for social media, but in fact is just a series of cheerleading anecdotes from early adopters of various forms of on-line communication in a variety of medical settings. More inspirational than how-to.

Enjoyed reading this. Laid out a nice plan to implement social media platforms in health care settings.

Honesty, this book doesn't even count as a primer to social media. There is nothing at wrong with anything written, and the contributors are wonderful, but the overall feel of this book lacks engagement.

I've read and recommended to my clients a lot of books on social media. Yet, I would add this to a growing list of well-written books on social media strategy and processes.

I liked the book throughout. Last wekend I read Bartaln Meskós Social Media in Cinical Practice an have found the information provided additive an complementary. No downside, but the chapter on legal constraints damped the hype a bit!

Would recommend to any businesses planning to use social media for their marketing programs! Mayo Clinic does it right in my opinion!
