starts off puroporting to be a product of the Mayo Clininc center for social media, but in fact is just a series of cheerleading anecdotes from early adopters of various forms of on-line communication in a variety of medical settings. More inspirational than how-to.

Honesty, this book doesn't even count as a primer to social media. There is nothing at wrong with anything written, and the contributors are wonderful, but the overall feel of this book lacks engagement.
