starts off puroporting to be a product of the Mayo Clininc center for social media, but in fact is just a series of cheerleading anecdotes from early adopters of various forms of on-line communication in a variety of medical settings. More inspirational than how-to.

I liked the book throughout. Last wekend I read Bartaln Meskós Social Media in Cinical Practice an have found the information provided additive an complementary. No downside, but the chapter on legal constraints damped the hype a bit!
