Poor customer service,

This review is from: Brinkmann #810-4415-T GZ 4 Burner Gas Grill
I bought this grill and one of the included doors was for a different grill (it was the wrong size) and wouldn't fit on the grill. So I had to contact the manufacturer (Brinkman) and was informed that I would have to pay shipping for any "warranty" items. So they screwed up and gave me the wrong door and now I have to pay an extra ten bucks?
Just be aware that what you see listed as the price may not be your final cost... I wish I could give a review of how the grill actually works, but I have to wait another week or two for the part (that they forgot to include) to arrive...you can't assemble the top portion of the grill until the doors are in place. Also it looks like the instructions are just a copy of an older version of the same grill. A lot of the drawings are off a little. ****UPDATE**** I was able to get a free (no shipping costs) replacement for my door and it arrived quickly. It has a completely different handle on it than the other door. So their customer service isn't perfect but it isn't as bad as I once thought. The grill works fine. A new score would probably add one more star.

Buyer Beware,
By Sandi W (Sunnyvale, CA United States) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Brinkmann #810-4415-T GZ 4 Burner Gas Grill
I purchased a grill similar to this (it was the Brinkmann 4435) on Memorial Day. The left door was damaged and the grommets to hold the basket and the handles were missing. The rotisserie "claws" had the grommets drilled too closely to the claw part so they wouldn't turn. So I contacted their customer service to request a replacement and was told that they would be sent right out.
Since the grill was shipped to me, I thought it would be easier to get the replacement door and rotisserie than to call and have the entire grill returned. In hindsight I should have returned the grill immediately! It is now the end of September and after numerous emails and calls to customer service, I am still being told the door is just a few weeks out. (I did receive the replacement rotisserie parts, but this one had holes that were smaller than the bar, so we couldn't use them either!) The last call I placed the service person said it was my fault for buying an old grill! (There was no indication it was old when I purchased it, although it was 4 months after I originally purchased the product that the rep said it was old...) I have tried kindness, humor, and frustration to get the point across that I really would like to have a complete grill, to no avail. Summer is over and my new grill is still damaged and waiting for parts. Buyer beware... this grill is cheap for a reason. **UPDATE** It's now December and still no door!
