I read the reviews and decided to purchase these lights. I installed the lights around my driveway to provide some illumination. The lights give off a soft glow and are fairly bright. The lights are also tall, so they reach over my plants and get maximum sunlight for charging. The unit is metal and well made. The stake is plastic, which is alright because it goes in the ground. Appears to be good quality for the price and works well. I recommend it.

These were very easy to put together... the sun shines 1/2 the time and they shine nicely at night.. makes the garden look great!

The set comes with everything you need, so you can hang the lights at various heights or place them upon 12" stationary poles. The four that I received all worked well. They were placed away from street lights and turn on once the sun sets. I liked how well they looked and worked that I just ordered another set for the backyard. Soon the whole property will have cozy lanterns surrounding it!

I love these lights - they look great, easy to put together, and sturdier than the last set I had (which did not make it through the winter). However, the package says they should stay illuminated for 6-8 hours, but mine do not go that long.

I put two in the front corners of my 4X8 foot raised bed on the one foot stakes. I put the other two in the back corners on the three foot shepherd's hooks.

I thought two were broken at first, until I put pennies over the "eyes" at sundown. They thought my floodlight was the sun.

These lights work well and i really like the hooks. They arereally great for accent lighting in the yard, which is what I use them for.

Item requires lengthy direct light in day to provide very limited glow at night. However, it did meet my needs.

I can't believe how fast the order arrived, then only one solar light did not work...was sent an entire replacement..I just put the non working part in and mailed the rest back with prepaid shipping...all orders arrived so fast (and with the free shipping option)...the light is great and looks so beautiful in my garden along the path to my deck. Would use them again.

I was trying to avoid installing electric wiring under ground to get light along the path in my garden and thought these were an attractive and affordable way to get light at night. Although they are attractive and affordable, they don't provide light. They glow only, the area around them doesn't get light, and then the glow only lasts a few hours into the dark. The length of time they glow probably is related to the fact that I don't have full direct sunlight.

These are a GREAT investment! There are three different ways you can use them. YOu can use the shepherd hooks, or they also come with stakes to put them directly into the soil. And, I was able to use mine as post lights. There are holes in the bottom so that you can place them over a nail to hold them onto a post. I will definitely purchase more for this price!
