Brio - Jungle Tunnel

This jungle tunnel makes one of three jungle sounds when either a train passes through it or the button on top is pressed. It comes with two AA batteries installed so it is ready for use straight out of the box which is nice.

The mountain has a nice design and it provides a small play setup with steps to climb and a small bridge on the top. This can be used as a play area to be used with the small Brio people that can be bought with other sets.

I prefer the Brio 33481 Adventure Tunnel over this tunnel. The Adventure Tunnel is of the same shape but with different colors, however, the Adventure Tunnel has four different sounds where the Jungle Tunnel only has three and its sounds are of better quality.
Therefore, buy the Adventure Tunnel before buying this one. But get at least one of them as they are both good fun.

i just bought this for my home daycare and all the toddlers love it! they especially like the different noises that it makes! One thing i noticed about it from the start is that some of the bigger train pieces will not fit through the tunnel, but the kids do not seem to mind, they just run them over the bridge piece! excellent value!

I picked up this tunnel at Tuesday Morning for 14.00. I was more than pleased with the quality of the toy. It has a button your child can push to make the jungle noise or it also is magnet activated inside. THe bridge lifts up and your brio men can walk across.

It does get annoying if the child continually pushes the button but they are having fun! It's a great alternative to the more expensive Thomas and Friends version.

Overall our Brio toys have held up to a beating and still look brand new. They are worth the money.
