If you're looking for just an everyday playset, then by all means, grab this bridge. The price is right but it's really not as sturdy as the Thomas version, which is more pricey. It works okay and will the job, but it has a tendency to come apart rather quickly - to the point where my husband duct-taped it to the board. It isn't as realistic looking either - it just looks like it's made of plastic. Again, it does the job but if you're really a train buff or are buying it for one, you might want to look at the Thomas version.

I bought this "golden gate" bridge as an addition to our Brio train set tracks and it is great. It is very good quality, looks very good and seems it is going to last a long time. I would definitely recommend it to anyone with kids who love Brio trains, it is a lot of fun!

BRIO is the most durable and has the best quality wooden train on the market. This is a very cool piece. It really adds another dimension to my 5 year old's creating. He loves this set. He really has to think about how to include this and make the train come up and down and go underneath this bridge. He loves it though.

BRIO Double Suspension Bridge is well made. Compared to the Thomas brand, it's like getting 2 for 1. Brio tracks are better made than Learning Curve. They pieces always fit together nicely. There is plenty of space for hands to push trains underneath. It would have been nice if it came with 4 pieces of ascending track. Great value.
