Like all Brio, this is a little pricy, but what other toys are you going to purchase that you'll want to pass on to your grandchildren? I liked that this is all Brio compatible and that the tracks are specially marked making them easy to pull out of the Brio box and put together. My son is 2 1/2 and loves this great toy.
