If I could have given this zero stars, I would have. We have been so very disappointed with this product. It regularly comes loose - water shoots out all over the place - or it just plain falls off into the sink.

The filter is easily installed and efficient. I filter my faucet water through this filter, then a Brita pitcher water filter, and then into a larger Pure water filter. My water is cleaner and tastes great. The Brita Faucet water filter seems to be working great.
