Bought this for my daughter who outgrew her Britax Roundabout car seat. Though you can get cheaper boosters I decided to stick with the Britax brand and pay a little more for the quality.

Some notable features:
- Both the back and seat covers can be removed and machine washed.
- Good fabric and padding more substantial than budget boosters. Important for those long car trips.
- SGL (L = Latch) model has latch which prevents seat from moving. I recently bought a second Parkway but the SG model w/o latch since the middle seat doesn't have available latch anchors. Will update if it makes a difference or not.
- Has SecureGuard clip to prevent child from going under the seat belt. It sits comfortably between child's legs and slides over the lap belt essentially making it a three point lap belt.
- Daughter loves Tango color and the two cup holders. She lets her younger brother use the spare one.
- Seat back was easily assembled and can be removed when child outgrows it.
- Seat back can recline to same angle as my car's back seat since one of my concerns was how my daughter would sleep comfortably on long car rides if the angle is too upright. Of course there are safe limits that you should follow which are illustrated in the manual.
- Seat back height can be easily adjusted. Their ears should be below the top of the back and centered on the head rest.
- There are guides (in easily identifiable bright red) where the seat belt should go through. The top guide you only have to loop through once and the bottom guide is where the lap shoulder belt should touch before you click in. Important aspect here is my daughter can buckle herself in easily and properly.

The seat is nice and deep, very comfy, has great safety features and is very easy to use. Two issues I have with it: the fabric is really slippery, which makes my kids, who sit just fine in other boosters slide more than usual, and the seat belt is difficult to manage in respect to pulling it through the shoulder clip area. Once the seat belt is on, it's great; it has the anti submarine clip, which helps with the sliding, but it would really be nice if the seat belt was easier to pull through the shoulder slot.

*EDIT*
So now we've had the chance to use this seat in a few other cars, my in-law's SUV and my parent's minivan, and the belt guide works great in both those vehicles. It must just be our car that has the issue, which is actually pretty reassuring. For the record, we drive a PT Cruiser. Now that said, I still wish it worked better in OUR car, but it's not enough of a problem to really cause concern. I hope this update helps!

I spent a lot of time researching car booster-seats before buying this one. It is highly rated, very well constructed, and has great safety features. My son and wife, however, both hated it from day one. My son couldn't not buckle himself in using this seat, although he has had not issues with other seats. Also the belt doesn't move through the belt positioner very smoothly. It is just too wide and high for many cars and will make it very hard to get seat belt fastened.

We tried it in both our Acura TL and our Subaru Outback and it was just impossible for my son and wife to use in either, so we are returning it.

I bought a Britax Parkway SGL and also a Graco Affix. I didn't quite know what to expect but both seats are on the IIHS best picks list. There's nothing "wrong" with the Graco, but I was surprised by the very different overall impressions they created.

ADVANTAGE BRITAX
1. Better LATCH straps - The Graco has a single sided LATCH system while the Britax utilizes dual adjustment straps. The Britax straps are also exceptionally well designed in their location and function.
2. Better seat bottom - The bottom seat has significantly more springy cushioning on the Britax. The Graco seat as well as back only has a single layer of about 1 cm thick neoprene like feeling material. If you apply pressure to the Graco seat, it feels like hard plastic with minimal give allowed. The Britax seat feels like it has more like 4-6 cm of give before feeling a hard surface vs the 1 cm of give on the Graco.
3. Aesthetics - The Britax really looks and feels high quality.

ADVANTAGE GRACO
1. Cost - The Graco is significantly less expensive.
2. IIHS Best Pick for both seat only and with high back - The Graco is on the IIHS Best Pick list for both configurations while the Britax is listed as a Best Pick only in high back mode.

TIPS
If the seat belt is difficult to pull through the shoulder seat belt guide, consider raising or lowering the head piece of the booster seat. The seat belt guide is attached to this adjustable top, head cushion. By changing the height of the top, head piece, the angle of the seat belt entering the guide from the car's seat belt attachment changes quite a bit. This allowed the seat belt to move significantly easier than it did before we made the adjustment.

There is only one latch anchor in the third row of the '13 Sienna, and it's off-centered because the seat is a 60/40 split. Because of the configuration, when you latch the seat you cover the seat belt buckle. I'm still using the seat (unlatched) in the 3rd row, like a regular booster, and despite feeling aggravated at Toyota for being stingy on the third row anchors we like the seat and it's worked out fine. But don't be like me and waste your money on the latching version of the Parkway if you intend to put your little one in the third row of the Sienna.
