A large, handsome, well-designed, nicely-illustrated piece of work.This book, first published by Skennerton in 1984, was distributed in North America by I.D.S.A. and in New Zealand by Bruce Gorton. Yellow cloth over boards with black details; dustjacket; sewn binding. 2.75 pounds. 404 pp. B&w illustrations throughout: mostly photographs with some line drawings which explicate details.
