This show was real and very unrehearsed. I think that's the reason why most people did not like it. As weird as it sounds, I think this would be a great show for people who don't like reality television, because it's nothing like reality TV. It's like a little home movie, or you can compare it very easily to Madonna's "Truth or Dare". The DVD will contain the entire series, including some bonus features like the videos "Someday (I Will Understand)" and "Do Somethin'", also you will have the chance to see deleted scenes from the show!!! The CD may contain unreleased songs and rarities, but it will definitley feature Britney's new song "Someday (I Will Understand)" and the theme song "Chaotic" (an unreleased track recorded during the "In The Zone" album sessions back in 2003).

Don't listen to the poor reviews this show got!! Buy it now and enjoy every minute of it!!!

Britney Spears met Kevin Federline in 2000 as a dancer for LFO. The two thought nothing of each other because they were both so young. Then, in April of 2004, the two met again and Kevin was flown into London to see Britney on the European leg of her "Onyx Hotel Tour". The two dancers spent lots and lots of time together and soon fell in love. During that time, they recorded the moments they spent together with a video camera. They spent the entire summer documenting their every move up until the day of their wedding on September 18th, 2004. This DVD, "Britney & Kevin: Chaotic... People that haven't even seen this show shouldn't review it. Sure, it's a little uncanny from the typical reality TV shows, but are shows like Newlyweds and Big Brother really reality? Not really, they're glossed-up versions. Britney's short-lived UPN (honestly, that's a major reason the show didn't do so awesome) Chaotic series, taken mostly by her personal camcorder, is more reality than almost any other reality show has been; it's real, upfront and honest, not glistened by production editing teams that includes background music and crazy psychotic special effects. Sure, I don't think this show thing was that good of an idea (you are above reality TV, Britney), but "Someday (I Will Understand)" makes this package worth the money as it is Britney's best song if you ask me (she even wrote it herself, like "Everytime" - only this is MUCH more listenable). Like her or not, Britney Spears' power to persuade (even negative attention as with Chaotic) makes her a true musical force to be reckoned with.

After seeing Chaotic, I will never watch "Newlyweds" again! It was so refreshing to see a reality show that was REAL!!! Britney is probably one of the most random, funny celebrities you could ever hope to see... She even shows off decent opera skills in a scene in Spain! As a guy and a Britney fan, I used to HATE Kevin Federline with a passion, but this show reveals how much he cares about the pop princess herself! The show is full of exciting footage from her dazzling ONYX HOTEL TOUR, and will have you laughing you head off! The bonus songs are both very good and "Someday (I will understand)" shows off Britneys maturing vocals! If you are looking for a sugar-coated piece of fluff, this is not for you... BUT if you are looking to see the real, raw, truth behind the most talked about romance of 2004, this is for you! It is real, raw, entertaining, and truthful! Can we handle Britney's truth? You bet we can!!!

it's a must have for all the fans, and please if you don't love her, don't spend your time blaming on her!

The critics may have promoted this show as a "flop", but as you can see from these other reviews, the viewers seem to love it!! And I am no exception, I think it's adorable how Britney is with Kevin. They both love to dance, they both sing, they both understand each other, and they are both most importantly............ IN LOVE!!!! They are both very much in love and I think it's sweet. Anyway, let's get to the DVD:

So this is how far society has fallen, that this sort of sick voyeuristic garbage has made its way into the American mainstream as passable prime-time entertainment. Who sells the story of their "true love story" to millions of strangers? Britney & Kevin: Chaotic is our wake-up call. Get more intelligent shows on television, because this is insulting.

Randomly catching a rerun on the show for the first time on television, I was actually shocked into watching the entire series. I thought it couldn't get worse, but it could. It was all blatant propaganda from Hollywood. What a disgusting excuse for reality television. Britney's life probably does not revolve around making silly faces at herself in the mirror, but Chaotic makes it seem as though that that activity makes up 90% of her time. The thing is, it's simply boring as all hell. Even the "dramatic tension" is tiresome.

Please. Save yourself. Watching this is like having a root canal, only less fun.

CHAOTIC is a crazy show. Some people say it's too much, some say it's great. Well basically if you know anything about Britney's personality, you know she really doesn't give a crap about what the press says and what bad things people have to say about her. In CHAOTIC you can really see and understand the happiness between her and Kevin, and that she has with all her friends and family.

The DVD includes all 5 episodes, the "Someday" Music Video, "Do Something" Music Video, never before seen footage, and a great bonus disc which includes "Someday", the full version of "Chaotic", the real version of "Mona Lisa", complete with brand new music, vocals, and lyrics. EDIT: There is no Remix of "Someday" on the US DVD.

The only downside to this is the cover! Britney and Kevin could have made a better one, but the content in this is a great buy for all fans and for anyone in general.

I am very excited about this release! I'm glad that Jive decided to release it really quick.

I was really disappointed in this dvd. It was not Chaotic at all! Very boring and poor camera work. I wanted to see crazy Britney at her best. No wonder this series was canceled. Not even worth it to a reality show and Britney junkie like me.
