Awesome carry-on! Used it for a 3-night trip and it had enough room for my clothes, shoes, toiletries and DSLR camera. Got a lot of compliments at the airport, too. Light enough for me to lift into the overhead bin. I love the spinner wheels! A little bit scratched on the backside but I would still use it over and over again.

This is an eye catcher, but a very well designed bag. I bought it for the outside but was thrilled with the interior as well.

I received this as a Christmas gift two years ago and as someone who does a lot of 3-day trips for work, this bag is perfect! It's beautiful, the colors are extremely bright and it stands out amongst all the drab-looking luggage you see at the airports. I always receive tons of compliments and envious stares while I'm walking through the airport (the flight attendants are always googly-eyed). Because this is a beautiful piece, do NOT check it in. Why would you want to? It's still a hardbody piece and it functions as it ought to, but if it's sensitive to scratches, imagine what would happen with rough handling. Next time you have a window seat, watch how the baggage handlers work. It WILL scratch if you do not use the white drawstring cover that comes with it. It's a hassle to carry it along but it's worth preserving this moving piece of art. The four wheels are awesome for 360 maneuvering and has very sturdy handles. I have placed heavier bags on top (to take advantage of the wheels) and have not had to worry about the handles buckling. Great carry-on!

Buyer beware! Beautiful luggage. I loved the Palm design and was excited to use it. It was lightweight and easy to carry, but did not withstand airline handling when checked. Mine cracked through to the lining on both sides after 4 trips. The company will not stand behind this obvious structural defect. An expensive piece of disposable luggage. Very disappointing. I didn't purchase from Amazon, but want to make sure others benefit from my mistake.
