A classic original theme, packed with a big chunk of stupid, funny wit. I love the title, and loved the slaying of anyone and everyone. Barney Stinson is a brilliant satirist, and this book is a walking highlight film for camaraderie and douchebaggery. Tons of great one-liners in this perfect coffee table book. It has you nodding and howling non-stop. But let's cut it down to brass tacks. The Bro doctrine is a must for evolution, a caveman's treatise for unleashing the unwritten hormone code. And it serves a noble cause, strengthening the bonds of the horny brotherhood worldwide. This book isn't some quick, half-hearted cash-in for How I Met Your Mother Fans, it's basically Barney Stinson in paperback form. The Bro Code is hilarious. If you're a fan of the show you'll likely hear Neil Patrick Harris' voice in your head as you read the book cover-to-cover. With diagrams, footnotes, and over 150 "codes" written by the show's writers, this is a can't miss book.

I gave this to my husband for Christmas, but I have enjoyed thumbing through it myself and it is hilarious! I would highly recommend it, especially if you are a fan of How I Met Your Mother!
