I really like this DVD. I find it's the next best thing to taking a dance class. Just be sure to stretch and warm up first, there is no warm-up or cool-down on here, just dance. The choreography is great, each piece tells a story. It's not for beginners - pretty fast paced. There are three routines on here and I really like the first one and the last one.
