More Fun Than a Barrel Full of.. Well, You Know.., July 30, 2001

Oh, how I love this CD! The songs range from guffaw-worthy fun ("Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious"), to goose-bump gorgeous ("Somewhere Out There") and it's all a joy to hear. Micky interprets each Broadway classic in a differnt style, and often in a style that is so far from the original, you can't help but listen in wonder. How did he ever think to do "You're Never Fully Dressed Without a Smile" a la Al Jolson?? I think Micky is one the finest male voices around, and this fantastic album showcases his creativity to great effect. You (and your kids!) will have a smashing time listening.
