this is my favorite christmas cd ever since it came out. I bought it after a performance of the full monty. the original songs davey dinkel and full frontal christmas are highlights.

I have listened to this CD since I bought it in 2001. I went to NYC after 9/11 because Guliani asked people to go. So we went. I went and saw Chicago with George Hamilton and after the show, the cast went outside the theater and sold these CD's......I just thought I was supporting their effort. Little did I know how much I would enjoy this CD. It is fantastic. And it is a good cause! Buy it!

This collection of holiday tunes by Broadway casts is a fine cd, but over the years these collections have gotten much better. The cd for 2001 is just a 1 cd set with 16 songs. There are 2 different versions of Oh Christmas Tree, which seems unnecessary and none of the other songs stands out as a classic. The best arrangement is by far, the Blast version of Carol of the Bells.
