Little nosiey but does what it is supposed to very effectively. Our builder complained that it was the easiest thing to install

Not only is this noisy on all 3 speeds but the blower switches are touchy. The exhaust fan was replaced within the first year because two of the three speeds would not work. Even though it was under warranty, we had to pay for the installation. The fan switches are very touchy. You have to make sure it is exactly on the spot to get it to run. Does it do the job, yes, but I think there are better out there.
