Broken Sword holds a special place in my heart. Whether its foiling a templar plot, imprisoning an ancient Incan god, or trying hysterically to summon the Lady of the Lake, this series has never managed to lose its appeal or charm. Until now.

I can't tell you the plot, as I barely managed to get through the first fifteen minutes of the game before having to crack open a walkthrough and read its for the remainder, which was about another fifteen minutes before I gave up. It apparently deals with Moses or something. Controls are awful, mechanics were obviously not playtested, or the playtesters were ignored. Voices were average for what I saw, but bottom line is don't play this unless you have a great deal of patience. Pirate and only purchase if you like it, for its rather insulting that they expected you to pay money for this crap upfront, as it feels from the get go that you're not working with a finished product, especially after it leaps upon you that the quality of graphics and interface has plummeted like a stone.
