From one author to another I tip my hat to Terry Blackstock for this supurbly written ROMANCE. How refreshing to read about characters that could live next door instead of with 'the rich and famous.' "Broken Wings" rings with realism and the authentic action and dialogue will often reduce the reader to grab for the tissue box. Masterfully researched, this narrative and its study of fear and its effect on our lives will bring back similiar experiences for many of us. The author offers insight into recovery with out sounding preachy. Actually the best romance I have read in a long time. Plan to read more from the talented Terry Blackstock.

I love Terri Blackstock's books. I find I can identify with her characters - I am always sad to finish a book. The best part is knowing that she writes her books in a series, so you can keep up with your favorite characters.

Great book! Lots of suspense as you eagerly read to the outcome. Contains great truths regarding Christian ethics.

After reading Blind Trust by Terri Blackstock which is #3 in the Second Chance Series, I decided to go back and read this great series that I somehow missed.
Since I didn't begin with the first book I decided to read #4 Broken Wings. And I found out that each book stands-a-lone so reading them out of number order doesn't take away from the story line, at all!
Broken Wings takes us on a journey with Erin. Erin's mentor and good friend, Mick is killed in a plane crash. A crash where is was the pilot. Erin cannot understand how Mick who taught her to b ever so careful when flying...following all the rules....could crash a plane and kill 151 people!
Addison is on the case to prove that Mick was not an irresponsible pilot. Erin decides that she will help Addison discover the truth.
Loved this exciting read! The sweet romance between Erin and Addison plus the mystery of Mick's "accident" makes for a grand read!
This is a great series and I'm so glad I've had a chance to read these "oldies" but ever so "goodies!"

This is one` of the earlier romance novels that Terri Blackstock revised so that they would have more of a Christian emphasis. While this is definitely a Christian romance, it delves deeply into the lives of airline pilots. Erin Russell, an airline pilot, is recovering from the shock of a fellow pilot's death along with his passengers in a horrendous crash. She clashes with Addison Lowe who is investigating the crash and is convinced that it was due to pilot error. The story is well told and highly recommended.

I had never read Terri Blackstock's books before, but I will order all of them eventually now. The books are the "can't put it down" kind....could be real stories and Christian based. Great author. I am recommending her books to everyone I know who likes good, clean "can't put it down" type stories....

This is the 4th and final in this series and I have enjoyed them emencely. Keep on writing and I will keep on reading. Great writer.

I love Terri Blackstocks books. They are always exciting and well written. This was no exception. I wait eagerly for her new ones to come out. I would recommend this to anyone if you enjoy romance and mystery.

It is so refreshing to read a novel that does not have to drag sex and dirty words to keep it interesting. I love Terri Blackstock, I have not found a novel of her's that has been dull. I pass all of my Blackstock novels to my sisters and mother, which they love them as well.
