BRONX ANGEL,
This review is from: Bronx Angel (Mass Market Paperback)
The author through Detectives Ryan and Gregory keeps the reader on the edge of his seat as the story unfolds with the many twists and turns into an indepth investigation of New York City crime. You can feel the emotions of the participants and the lurking danger. The good and evil tug and pull on the fibers of society. Anyone entering law enforcement should read this work. It is very apparent to the reader that the author is highly intelligent and handles the real world of New York City with admirable ability. This book stimulates your gray matter and you feel that you are riding along with Detectives Ryan and Gregory. I read this genre and DEE impresses this reader with his vast knowledge of the world of COPS and his ability to fit the bits and pieces together into a story that will hold you breathless. I ENJOYED this story for it is from the REAL world. Read it. You'll love it.

Gripping story about cops and killers.,

This review is from: Bronx Angel (Mass Market Paperback)
There's good news and bad news. The good news is that Ed Dee's newest novel is as thrilling as his first two( "14 Peck Slip" and "Little Boy Blue." The bad news is that that's all there is:we are going to have to wait for publication of his next novel. "Bronx Angel" takes you into the steaming tenements of the Bronx and into the sordid social clubs of sexual deviates, where you meet guys who wannabe gals, and gals who put out for crooked cops for a quick hit or a quick buck. If you're from New York, you'll love "Bronx Angel." If you are from elsewhere and want to learn about the seamy side of the city read Dee's books and take the tour from the Fulton fish market to the Bronx zoo. You don't get this by riding the Circle Line around Manhattan.
