I purchased this bed, after much research and reluctance. With a tight budget, purchasing choices are severely limited. I must say that I made the right choice by purchasing this bed. This bed is sturdy, simple and extremely easy to set up. (It shouldn't take more than 2 hours, and it can actually be done in 1 hour). It also has a touch of stylishness which gives it grace.

The other reviews were fairly accurate in their description of the bed frame. First things first, the bed frame is constructed of square metal tubing, which gives it a sense of stability. There are seven support beams across and one central beam running the length of the bed. The color is a dark coffee or bronze color and could blend in in any setting in my opinion. They provided the tools, but a power drill and hex keys can expedite the process. The frame can support a box spring and the mattress.
Pros:
- Sturdy Construction (Little to no creaks or squeeks thus far).
- Looks great.
- Fairly easy to construct (done in 1-2 hours alone, easier if you have another hand).
Cons:
- Boxes came slightly damaged and some parts had a few nicks/scratches, but in places not noticeable.
- All materials were dirty and required some cleaning (nothing to complain about).
- Little pricy, but I think it is worth it.

I also found this bed to be an excellent buy. The bed is sturdy, the color was exactly the shade that I wanted. Its design matches both traditional and contemporary bedroom furniture. When we were ready to put it together, I didn't find the hardware and the instructions so I called K2 Furniture Designs, and they were very nice and courteous and said they would send my the instructions and hardware on the next business day (I called them later to apologize because it actually brought both things, I just didn't look good enough for them I guess). I made a good decision on buying this bed, and I recommend it to anyone who is debating on which bed to buy. Very satisfy with it.

Nice for the price
I never really used this headboard, was for the guest room that never gets used... it was well designed, the finish is a nice dull coco brown and it didn't really show the dust. Read more
