Traditional midsoles can last up to 1,000+ years in a landfill. Brooks BioMogo midsole contains a natural additive which encourages anaerobic microbes to munch away up to 50 times faster, returning our midsoles to the dirt in just 20-25 years. Thoughtfully Designed Upper for Comfortable Wear

Every detail of the Adrenaline GTS 12's upper provides a unique benefit. To start, four points along the eyelet system are stretchable, so you can lace the shoe for a custom fit that's free of hotspots. Additionally, the asymmetrical saddle is reinforced on the inside, providing enhanced comfort and support. Solved my knee pain!

Wow! What a difference a good shoe can make! As a beginning runner, I just went to my local sports store and picked up a pair of Nike running shoes that fit well. Within 2 months, I sustained bursitis of the knee which put me out of commission for 2 weeks. The ortho never mentioned that it could be my shoes--just that the injury was from overuse. Fast forward a couple more months and mild knee pain returned. I google'd and discovered that this pain could be a result from improper shoes (albeit running shoes). I located a store specializing in running shoes only and had a "video" fitting whereby they record your gait on a computer and recommend a proper running shoe. They offered a Saucony, K-Swiss and Brooks. The Brooks felt the best--like walking on a cloud, but provided excellent support for my pronation.

Long story short, knee pain is completely gone and these shoes feel great. Highly recommend to try if you're experiencing knee pain.

Picks up where the GTS 11 left off

I ran my first marathon and several shorter races last year with two pair of GTS 11's. I just bought a pair of GTS 12's this weekend to get ready for some upcoming races.

A seamless transition. The 12's have all the fit and features of the 11's. No break-in or anything required.

In all other shoes I wear size 9.5 medium. In this shoe, I go with size 10 medium.

Best running shoes I've ever bought

These shoes not only fit well, but my knee and ankle pain is gone; even my shins feel better. I honestly don't know if it was just that I went too long between changing running shoes, if my old shoes were just cheap, or if these shoes are just that good. All I do know is that these shoes fit well, have good shock absorbancy, my leg/foot pain is gone, and there were no hot-spots or breaking in necessary. I put them on and went for a 5 mile run on day 2, and I have no blisters. And not that this matters, but hey: they even look sharp!

I have been running in the GTS Adrenaline series for many years and am on at least my 20th pair. They are great shoes. They have a nice cushy, solid ride without feeling heavy. Yet, the newest model seems even a little better. I can't put my finger on a visible change, but I like it.

Great Fit

I've trained for and completed three marathons in these shoes. They are lightweight, breathe, and don't leave blisters. They aren't very durable, but that is to be expected for running shoes.

Awesome Shoe

I've put about 500 miles on my pair (I know Way too much) but these are the most supportive and all-around best trainers I've ever owned. I was even using them for races!! I've switch to the Brooks Racer ST 5, for a lighter stripped down trainer thats better for racing, but you can be damn sure if I buy another pair of trainers it will be the Brooks Adrenaline GTS. I am also a big fan of the empire yellow and black look. They look great and match my Skins compression tights.

My husband loves this shoe
