Not great for running,

These shoes are great for walking and some yard work, but I wouldn't really recommend them for running. I've put about 100 running miles on these shoes now and have them adequately broken in. The shoes are light, but the soles of the shoes are a bit hard. There is very little arch support or cushion for the impact that running creates. I suppose if you are very light on your feet this may not apply to you but otherwise I would only pick them up again if I had no intentions of using them for moderate exercise.

For many years I've been wearing Brooks. Lately I've been wearing Nike and Adidas but decided to buy Brooks again and I am very happy. I wear size 9 Adidas and 9,5 Nike. My Brooks is size 9 and it fits perfectly. I highly recommend it.
