Great cushioning, March 24, 2010
I tried these new Launch shoes and am very impressed with the support and cushioning. I usually run/train in Brooks Adrenaline ASRs (trail shoe) for the heel stricking support and mid sole support. These Launch are every bit as good (have approx 50 miles on them so far) and they are lighter. I'm hoping to use them to both train for my next marathon and wear in 5 and 10 K races. I'm hoping the lighter shoe will save me time. Always looking for extra seconds, ya know! Update - I now have 200+ miles in them and they are my new favorite! Did a PR on a recent 5K and so far have run 15+ miles training runs with good support.
