The Brookstone Double Watch Winder will not fail you in its performance & quality product materials. I bought this watch winder for my Raymond Weil (Freelancer) & Tissot (T-Sport) automatic watches and it has worked well as expected to keep the watches fully wound up keeping good time. This Brookstone product is a replacement for my Orbita Sparta single watch winder which turned out to be an utter failure after a few months of operation and had to be returned to the manufacturer but it was a dud product still after months of being in their possession. I highly recommend a Brookstone watch winder for anyone wanting a quality product at a sensible price that works as advertised and works whisper quiet effortlessly.
Just make sure to set the watch winder operation at the required Turns Per Day (TPD) for your particular watch to ensure your watch is running properly and ready to wear when you need it. I have owned this winder for 3 years and it has wound my two watches on it daily over that time span. It is attractive, has numerous settings for speed and rotation, seriously there are several options here, it is easy to use, durable and whisper quiet. I mean you can be in a dead silent room, put your ear up to the device and barely hear it operating, its amazing.
It is honestly incredible, I can't imagine a better winder for the price. The only issue is that it is a little big, in part due to the way it sits with a portion of the winder box on the bottom and it tilts upward, but it honestly is attractive enough that you would want it on display. I will toot the horn of this Brookstone winder for as long as I can. From what I read beforehand, there was a previous model that looked more traditional (without the tilting display) that wasn't constructed anywhere near as nice as this and didnt get as good of reviews), I can assure you that this is a top of the line product. If you are still unsure, go to Brookstone and check it out for yourself firsthand before you buy. Do it!

I am really upset with my purchase with Brookstone via Amazon, I ordered the watch winder for my husband (valentine's day gift) and it arrived on time. Upon opening (since husband can't wait and want to have his gift right away), we got really disappointed. The box got ripped, and it is obvious a man made tear, all the other part of the box is in great condition, just the opening of it. Then we opened the box and found that the packaging are all opened and there's lots of fiber/dust in the unit and it is an obviouse used and returned unit, not a brand new one. The cushion (to hold the watch) has obvious used marks on it. If you are to sell returned/refurbishd items, list it in the item details, I do not expect to pay full price and receive an used item. My husband was really disappointed and so am I, he was really excited abt the watch winder, if it wasn't used. Now we are waiting for brookstone to reply, and it's been 2 days already and there's not a work abt return or refund. Getting very frastruated with the process, I also shop at amazon and never had a bad experience. This is just not the right way to do business. If I am paying for a refurbished item, I wouldn't have complained, but I paid for full retail, and expect to receive a brand new item, not a used item.
