Previous reviewer is obviously writing about a different product - I loved it
The previous reviewer writes that it is full of beads; well, this pillow is inflatable - it is full of air. I use it for back support, and I never go anywhere without it. It is fantastic! Much better than dedicated back support cusions. You can inflate it in 5 seconds, and deflate it in 5 seconds. And it'll take up no space in your pocket when it's...

Too Small For Neck Support
I purchased this pillow on ebay thinking it was a memory foam, so that is part of the reason why I am not satisfied with it. When I received, I found that it was filled with micro beads, which I was trying to avoid. But I decided to give it a try and IT WAS TOO SMALL! At least not enough for neck support. I gave it to my 20 month year old and it fit her well. When I rest...

I use it for back support, and I never go anywhere without it. It is fantastic! Much better than dedicated back support cusions. You can inflate it in 5 seconds, and deflate it in 5 seconds. And it'll take up no space in your pocket when it's deflated. A manual for the unique valve would have been nice. What you need to do is to press a thump hard into the valve, and then blow with your lips placed inside. In order to deflate it you press your thump inside the valve again and squeeze the pillow. Extremely efficient, once you get the hang of it.

I gave it to my 20 month year old and it fit her well. When I rest my head to the side, I want the pillow to be there. I don't want it to feel like I don't have a pillow around my neck!
