I was really excited to get this product, but that excitement was short lived when I used it. This product was not as advertised. I tried it with a bracelet that I wear every day, and my wedding ring. They came out as they went it, with NO appreciable difference. Then I tried it with my husbands glasses, that did not work either, so I had to send it back.

I called the vendor to see if I needed a return authorization # and was told I didn't, but they also did NOT provide a return pre paid address label, and I had to pay almost $14.00 to return it. This was not acceptable to me.

Will NOT buy from Brookstone again, this is the second item I have had to return to them for disappointing results.

This cleaner is great. Uses no caustic or phosphate solutions. That also means no additional operating expenses! Works very well with necklace chains, watches and eyeglasses. Highly recommend.

Bought this at Tuesday Morning on a whim. Cleans my college ring so well that after fifty years people are noticeing snd commenting on it. When my daughter visited recently, I cleaned her jewelry and that of her husband. Both were excited to see how bright and shiny their jewelry was. My watch band was cleaned to perfection after using the watch stand to keep the actual watch dry. Diamonds sparkle like never before, Zircon looks bright as a diamond. I just ordered six to give Christmas presents. I am confidient that everyone will appreciate the gift this year. Great conversation piece, as well.

Considering the low cost of the jewelry cleaner, so far I have no complaints. I had to run my jewelry through several cycles, but I am very satified with the purchase.

Purchased this for my sister for Christmas. Christmas morning, the whole family was throwing jewelry in and watching it come out looking like new. Great product and at a great price

Nice little gadget for cleaning jewelry and eyeglasses. Just add water, turn it on and voila! There are 4 time settings you can choose from 90 seconds to 480 seconds.

The only jewelry this cleaned was non-gold, silver and sterling...the type that doesn't need to be cleaned. I don't think it really worked at all. We returned it.
