very nice
Bought this for my mother for mothers day and she absolutely loves it, says it is so easy to operate, and types perfectly, she got fed up with the hassles of the computer so she got this instead, and is completly satisfied, highly recommend

Not impressed...so far
So far, I'm not impressed. The typewriter purchased for the use of this product malfunctioned the first day. I've not sent anything back yet. I'm hoping that I can troubleshoot and therefore keep the product for future use.
