I am extremely happy with my purchase. The vendor has demonstrated that customer service is a priority and I appreciate this. The "Brother compatible" ink cartridges I received were of excellent quality and I would purchase from this vendor again.

Great price and they are working great. I have only used the black cartridge so far but I am very pleased with it and would purchase these again.

Twice Ive order ink cartridges for Brother MFC420cn,8 in each of them and they send me different inks.I'm not happy with them.

Fast service good price on my brother printer ink cartridges. One of the black cartridges was leaking in its package but Amazon was quick to send me a ups shipping tag and refunded my money for it.

Of all the many products I ever bought online, this is by far the worst product ever sold through Amazon! Not only did it not work (at all) & I can't use it any more to print, as it put my printer into a "fix or repair" mode which is now going to cost much more than I bargained for while trying to save a few bucks! Again, BEWARE.

Great Price compared to what you pay in stores. When you replace the ink you can tell they are made slightly different(a little bit smaller maybe 1mm or less) from the ones you buy in stores.I had to jiggle them around,snap the holder and push them down a couple of times, because my Brother MFC3240 fax won't work unless all the ink cartridges are full and it can feel them in place. Took a minute but it finally recognized they were there and it was worth the price.

I bought tis ink because the printer had been sitting for some time and the colors had changed on the ink in it. I got it on time and the colors are correct again. Great value

The ink works and came very quickly. Originally, I thought the cartridges weren't going to fit because they didn't look like store bought ones...but they fit and have been working well!
