I purchased the Brother DCP 8045D multi-purpose laser printer and it has become the work horse of our small office. Needing the capability of handling multiple paper stock, I purchased the LT5000. Set up was easy, however you do need to lift the printer to set it on top of tray. I suggest at least two people since you will need to align the two units so that they connect properly. It also goes without saying that the power should be removed from the printer before connecting the two units.

It feeds the paper as the tray that comes with the printer. It is nice to have both sizes of paper without having to unload and reload the different sizes. I had it for over a year and it stills works fine. I never had paper getting stuck as with my previous laser printers.
