The packaging is misleading. It arrived in open, unmarked packages with no retail packaging as pictured and no labeling as to the length. I hope it's the 26' that it's supposed to be.

The item arrived promptly, was exactly what I ordered, and was a great price (60% of the prices elsewhere). You can't ask for anything more.

I received exactly what I'd hoped, even though the price seemed suspiciously low. It's the real thing, laminated TZ tape, white on black, backing scored lengthwise for easy removal. The package shipped 3 business days after I placed my order. It arrived via USPS 3 business days after it was shipped. The cartridges were in a layer of bubble wrap and shipped in a manila envelope. A minor note, just in case it matters to someone reading this: I received 2 separate cello-wrapped cartridges, not the blister pack that is pictured.

There is not much to say except that these tapes are the REAL deal. They are brand new, haven't been sitting in a warehouse for ten years and work perfectly.

I received product very quickly, but it is not the genuine Brother P-touch label cartridges. This is "guaranteed compatible" product which was NOT apparent on the product page based on the photos and manufacturer listed in the details section. I have not tried it in the machine, however. If I decide to keep the product and try it in the machine, I will update this review. As of now, I am annoyed that I did not receive what I expected. The price is good, but I have purchased genuine Brother labels at a similarly discounted price in the past.

The tapes work but I thought that all the tapes now had the split backing to make the tape easier to separate from the backing. Not a big deal unless you do a lot of labeling but should be somewhere in product highlights.

What I received is "compatible" cartridges. Yes, it says that in the description, but the image is the original manufacturers item, not a "compatible" image! Beware and read the fine print. These will be going back if they don't work exactly as the originals!! I think that is deceiving to the consumer!

Was what I needed at a very good price. Am well pleased with price and shipping costs. Will do business again in future. Thanks for being there.

I have a brother label printer and use it for all sort of things. Labeling computers, CDs/DVDs, school supplies for my kids. Saved over 40% buying these labels online verses a retail store.

Ordered from Amazon seller Future Expectations, LLC with free Prime shipping. I actually used a "barcode scanner" app on my phone to scan the barcode from the pack I bought at Staples to see if there was a better price elsewhere and this item came up on Amazon. Received EXACTLY the same 2 pack item I had just bought at Staples but these were much cheaper!!! The same labels I use all the time for my P-touch label maker, although Brother does make them now supposedly more "economical" using less plastic. I don't know why I didn't bother to look at Amazon first but I will next time!!!!
