Labels are clear and sharp and are great to look at. The problems are that it is set up to be wasteful. For example, the default text size is LARGE and I rarely want large; then it adds a lot of tape prior to printing the label and then after it. You literally waste more than half the tape. A work around for that if you have a number of labels to make is to make one big label and separate the words by a few blank spaces, then print the whole thing at once.
I can't get myself to put out another $20 for the AC Adapter, that's what's needed.
With those caveats, it's a good labeler.
