Stampcreator PRO allows you to custom design a professional pre-inked stamp with almost anything you can put on a computer monitor including text, graphics, signatures, logos, clip art and photos. 600 dpi thermal transfer printing reproduces every detail from your graphics. Stampcreator instantly transfers the image you prepared onto a transparent film, which will be loaded automatically from the magazine tray inside the Stampcreator. Offers drawing functions (frames, lines and circles), 11 stamp size layout windows and more than 150 stamp templates. Uses all true type fonts in your system. Stampcreator has a high quality Xenon Flash Lamp, easy-to-operate switches and LCD, automatic proper stamp size sensors. Surface of the stamp is made of a specially developed light sensitive rubber material. Durable rubber surface is nontoxic, nonflammable and fast drying. With proper re-inking, will last up to 50,000 impressions. PC and MAC compatible software. Includes Parallel and serial cables.

Servicing under the 90 day warranty is impossible. They stall until afer 90 days and then tell you it's out of warranty. Good luck!

I have had this stamp creator for nearly 10 years and it has worked very well. Quality of stamps is great and it is easy to use. The downside is support from Brother. First they abandoned Mac support and said to just stay with OS 8 or 9 which died years ago. Now with windows they aren't providing drivers for 64 bit systems. Additionally it is a parallel or serial interface and brother says usb adapters aren't compatible in most cases. I keep an old windows xp laptop around just to run this one machine. A real waste of assets. Numerous complaints to Brother through the years have not helped.
Still, a great machine though as long as you realize the limitations.

I use this machine at work and I have to say that it is a great piece of equipment. A lot of customers enjoy that my company has it. First off, they can get their stamp within an hour instead of 7-10 days. They do have a decent selection of colors to choose from and you can add different things to it. What customers don't like is the fact that I can't take what they already have and make it exact. The reason is because there is so many fonts and stuff to choose from that it is impossible to find which one exactly matches. This is the reason why I rated it a 4 so if you own a small business or thinking about making stamps, this is a definite must have machine.
