Suitable but a bit small,

This OE toner replacement cartridge works well and does offer suitable performance. The only real drawback is it's small size. The drum design really limits the size of the cartridge and you'll be wise to keep a spare on hand. We put our MFC 4350 (which uses the TN5000PF cartridge) through heavy use and have found that the "replace toner" light blinks a little prematurely and can be "tricked" to go off by removing the toner cartridge (close the opening!), shaking it side-to-side and replacing it. Overall the TN5000PF has performed better than two generic brands we have tried.

The problem I'm having is that I recently replaced my drum unit and my cartridge, and I'm definitely not getting the same print quality I enjoyed prior to the drum unit failing. In fact, the quality is downright terrible, but that probably has nothing to do with the cartridge and everything to do with the drum. Bottom line, after investing about $150 in the drum unit and the cartridge, it appears that I need a new all in one. Frankly, that sucks!

Amazon is fussing at me for not writing a review. I actually can't comment yet as I ordered ahead before I was out of toner.
I'll come back and edit this after I have installed the product. Nicely packaged and on time. Let's give it 5-star in this early going. Rossi Back again. It's 7-26-10 and the toner has been installed. Good instruction, and after about 50 copies, it looks fine. Let's hold that 5-star rating. Rossi
