As a former copier/MFD repair tech with 34 years of experience, I can say with confidence that the OEM product is ALWAYS superior to ANY aftermarket imaging supply item, no matter what the aftermarket product may claim. Just the act of disassembling a factory sealed toner unit will compromise its integrity if it is refilled and reused. There are moving parts inside a toner cartridge which can wear out if it is reused beyond it's designed lifespan, causing toner leakage or poor image quality. Additionally, the toner used in "compatible" copier supplies is often contaminated with moisture or other impurities that cause it to clog up. Aftermarket toner may also pose a health risk, because it may not meet the same safety standards as the original, due to using poorer quality chemical components, or different formulations.

works great and lasts way longer than ink. good price. lower than staples or office depot. not sure if wall mart has something like this?

I tend to cringe when my printer toner runs out, not wanting to go to office supply shops trying to find the exact replacement (and pay their high prices). Ordering here was easy, shipping was fast, and I've had no issues whatsoever with the product itself. Will definitely order again when this one runs dry.

I usually buy compatibles but they don't last long. The print quality is excellent, and of course, extremely easy to install. I'll stick with this product.

I've spend a few minutes investigating cheaper alternatives, but came to the conclusion that I need to purchase a new OEM product from the manufacture. Its only a few dollars extra, and I think its worth it. Other that that, I ordered this product on November 29, 2010 and received it shortly, with in 4 days. The package was in new condition and it was easy to swapped and installed. So far, everything is great - no issues. Again, sometimes it make lots of sense to buy an original compare to cheaper ones. Hope it helps you decide on your purchase!

I have used this product before and the quality is the same. It is outstanding. No problems encountered with installion. Quality of print is excellent.

This cartridge is exactly what I needed. It snapped right in and was perfect. Amazon was amazing with the delivery time.

Brother toner is a good product and works til the very last drop; when the light flicks on indicating that toner is needed, I can take it out, shake it a few times, and re-insert. It will then last for another month or two.

A toner is a toner. Expensive though. I would rather get a 3rd party toner instead. Cheaper and quality is improving a great deal.
