The high capacity Brother toner cartridge TN570 is a good value and gives very dependable service. In the past, I tried other brand replacements but was very disappointed with the results. From now on, I will stay with the name brands.

as replacement cartridge in my Brother HL-5140 printer which I've had for years! I always get the same cartridge model - the TN570. It lasts for 6-9 months before it's empty.

I have three brother machines that use this size and this cartridge offers best bang for my buck so far. I was pleased with the price Amazon had for this product. In the past it was not as competitive as some other more PC oriented sites for this but recently has been better than most of those I frequent.

Product is good, but from the time it was ordered until it was actually shipped took almost 3 weeks.Price was excellent and much lower then could purchase locally.

I switch back and forth between wanting to make sure I don't put bad toner into my laser printer and wanting to save some money.

At first, I bought only Brother cartridges, but lately, I've begun to use recycled cartridges. So far, I haven't noticed any problem except the recycled ones may print just a little bit lighter. Maybe it's my imagination, but I sometimes think I don't get quite as many pages with the recycled versions, but when I can buy 2-3 recycled cartridges for the price of a single factory cartridge, I'm definitely money ahead going with the recycled ones.

The Brother printers are cheap enough so the savings on several recycled cartridges might make you enough money to buy a new one if a bum cartridge causes problems with your printer.

With most companies toner cartridges are ultrasonically welded shut to prevent any attempt at refilling them with toner. It's how the manufacturer makes their money - from supplies. We know that you will run out of toner long before the drum unit looses its photo response. Brother actually put a white plug in the cartridge that you remove to pour more toner into the TONER compartment, then keep on printing. For me, this is a first on small printers. Big printers ($60K+) often get their toner in a bag that you shake into the jar while small units ding you for the cartridge approach.

It also seeks to minimize waste in landfills by getting 3 or more fills in the same cartridge that is not worn out yet.

Note - after 3 fills, the "waste toner" chamber can get full, making black prints or grey prints since the toner isn's scraped off well. It's a function of what you print - graphics is heavy usage, while text is about 5%.

Sorry, product very good but delivery was 3 days longer than expected. Took 8 days to get my home- would have purchased one locally if known

the toner last forever, i have a small business and i print lots of documents. it has a great quality for good price.

This toner cartridge is awesome. My printer is quiet again. No loud pops when I print (like it did with a "Brother compatible" cartridge). Buy this one! You'll be happy you did.

I use this in a small business office using a Brother 8460usb, we use a reem of paper every three days and the toner lasts a month and a half to 2 months which is way better than the HP laserjet I used. And for the few extra dollars its a way better value than its smaller yield counterpart.
I just wish it didnt stop the printer from printing as soon as it was "empty". Other laser jets let you shake the cartridge abit so u have time to run out and buy a new one. Always have a spare on hand if you print alot or order a new one as soon as you see the replace toner warning cause it will run out in a day or two.
