I ended up buying this at walmart. it was 114$ plus tax. It seems to sew very good and has alot of neat features that i havent even attemted to use yet. It is easy to thread and has an automatic needle threader (I have never used one and was suprised at how easy it was to use).

I purchased this machine tonight at walmart because it was on clearance for 74.97. It was the best move I could have made. I was up and sewing within 5 mins. I know very little about sewing. With this treading was a breeze. Great Machine.

This is my third and last one I will buy. I bought this machine a month ago at wal-mart in the first week it would only go into reverse. So I returned it the second one the motor burned out in less then a week. Now the third one has absolutely no tension and won't even thread the bottom thread in the stitch. do your self a favor and Don't buy this machine

I bought this item new. The first time I tried to use it I found that it would not stitch in reverse. Actually, it would only stitch in reverse with no forward stitches. After having the machine repaired, it works great. I would give it a better rating if I hadn't had the trouble with it in the beginning.

to have this machine no longer than I have, the greatest feature is the threader. I have had such a terrible time threading the needle that I have nearly stopped sewing. Now I can sew again!!! I am so glad I got this machine. I would certainly recomend this product to anyone that has trouble seeing how to thread the needle. I have had no problems with it overall.

I've had this machine for about two and a half years now, and I've sewed many garments on this machine. I got it for $75, refurbished from Ken's Sewing & Vacuum Center. It's the 2600i teal version.

Pros:
* Many stitches
* Easy to thread upper and lower threads
* Can go pretty fast with a lead foot. :)
* The standard feet it comes with has been all I've needed for these last two years. I bought a gathering foot, about a week ago, to make my life easier.

Cons:
* Bobbin doesn't always wind nicely. I sometimes would have to rewind bobbin to bobbin to get it smooth. Not sure if this was a machine or user error.

Seems to be working very well so far. Much better and easier to use than our old machine. Doesn't actually have 59 stitches, though. The book only says 25, and that's all I see on the machine. It's still early, but we like it very much at this point. This machine is easy enough to use that my beginning-sewer daughter can use it with no problem.

THE ONLY MACHINE for a first time sew experience. Tried others and this one is the easiest for a beginner
to use and capable of sewing heavy material. Thanks Brother.

This, so far, is one of the best things i have ever invested in!

I have had it for a little over a year now, and it has yet to skip a stitch or give me any trouble. It is incredibly user friendly in comparison to other sewing machines I have had and it so versatile in use. This is an excellent buy for casual sewing projects!!
