Freeze-Dried is the process of removing 97% the water from a fruit via sublimation. Fresh fruit is deeply frozen, and held there for 24 hours. The frozen fruit is then put into a Freeze Drying chamber, where the water is removed under high pressure (no heat involved). The water goes from a solid to a gas, bypassing the liquid step. (Example: Dry Ice)
Fruit Crisps are not baked – this causes the fruit to lose too much flavor!
They are not dehydrated – this adds preservatives!
They are not sweetened dried – this adds sugar!
They are 100% real fruit, 100% natural and certainly 100% delicious.
Fruit Crisps are Freeze-Dried - a process in which the nutrition of the fruit is retained and the basic cell structure remains intact.
100% Freeze-Dried Blackberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, and Strawberries

These are my new favorite. The raspberries are really tart (which I like) almost like a Starburst. The other fruits are not as tart, so it's a deliciously balanced snack.Published 4 months ago by TarHeel BBQ

I prefer the other crisps compared to this one. The smaller berries aren't very delicious and have a weird flavor and have a interesting crunch that I don't like because it's... Read morePublished 4 months ago by Jacqueline
Out of all of the different Brothers fruit crisps, these are the only ones my family likes. My kids love to put them in their cereal, yogurt and eat them plain as a snack.Published 5 months ago by jan
