Freeze-Dried is the process of removing 97% the water from a fruit via sublimation. Fresh fruit is deeply frozen, and held there for 24 hours. The frozen fruit is then put into a Freeze Drying chamber, where the water is removed under high pressure (no heat involved). The water goes from a solid to a gas, bypassing the liquid step. (Example: Dry Ice)
Fruit Crisps are not baked – this causes the fruit to lose too much flavor!
They are not dehydrated – this adds preservatives!
They are not sweetened dried – this adds sugar!
They are 100% real fruit, 100% natural and certainly 100% delicious.
Fruit Crisps are Freeze-Dried - a process in which the nutrition of the fruit is retained and the basic cell structure remains intact.
only ones better are the strawberry Bananna, they are the best ever,Published 11 hours ago by geniemackbrown
My kids love berries, and they love these. They aren't a fan of bananas and some of the other dried fruit options, so it is nice to just have a berry option.Published 27 days ago by Brandie Booth
Good product. Good price for freeze dried fruit. Bought it with a coupon deal, which made it even nicer. Perfect for prepackaged small portion snacks.Published 1 month ago by Roxanna
I LOVE this mix! It cures my sweet & tart cravings, I love the crispy texture, and the small bags are super convenient for throwing in your lunch bag or even a purse. Read morePublished 3 months ago by Amber Higginbotham
I like the organic bear naked apple dried chips better--crunchier than the brothers, and more satisfying. The
Brothers--All Natural Berry crips are good, but not great.
All of the other Brothers all natural crisps are light and sweet and delicious. These were so bitter, I couldn't finish a bag.Published 4 months ago by Jessyca
Love this crips, have several different flavor, and although I have my favorites, they are all good. Plus a good source of fiber.Published 5 months ago by Nancy
These are a nice low calorie fruit treat, they are a bit sour but a great way to get a fruit serving in.Published 6 months ago by Tiffini L. Forsythe
