Why this was a special collection.,

This review is from: The Brothers Four - Greatest Hits (Audio CD)
This collection came out in 1962. I bought it in 1963, and it contained above all else the two incredible songs, "Greenfields" and "Green Leaves of Summer." This is an early album, untampered with, and it had and has a feel of its own. Those who bought it in the early to mid-sixties will still remember this as the definitive Brothers Four album, even if one or two of their own favorites are not on it. It stands alone, and it stands as a whole which exceeds the sum of its parts.

I like about the music of "The brothers four", I`m 58 years, that`s kind of music I've been listening about 25-30 years ago, living in a small town in Finland I didn`t found that kind of CD here, so I`m satisfied to get it. Thank you.
