5.0 out of 5 stars A delightful reading experience, March 13, 1998
By A Customer
This is the best diary I have ever read. The editors have done a superb job of pruning it down to a manageable reading size while still preserving the essential commentary. My appreciation for the outdoors was greatly enhanced by reading this book. Warren Lewis knew how to paint scenes and tell stories with flair. Recommended reading.

5.0 out of 5 stars The brother of the legendary C.S. Lewis speaks!, August 3, 2008
I laughed and cried while reading this wonderful and incredibly beautiful biography. C.S. Lewis's brother loved him so much and was so proud of his success that in many ways, he was the wind beneath the wings of Clive Staples Lewis. Their friendship could be the envy of any siblings the world over; what an enlightening and profoundly moving diary. One of the best diaries I've ever read. An absolute gem of a book that is not often heard about. I had only recently heard of it, then purchased it and was overwhelmingly touched to the core of my soul. Absolutely terrific reading and a must for anyone who loves C.S. Lewis. You will love Warren as much.

5.0 out of 5 stars Must read for any Lewis fan, opens up his world., June 27, 1999
By A Customer
Warren Lewis, a devoted and understanding brother, has penned a journal which reveils his nature, his brother, and the situations surrounding them very well. A joy for anyone who has ever been inspired by Lewis, and a collection of writings by a man the world should know more about.
