Awesome is the only word to discribe this book. I have been on a self-journey for forty years,and I was shocked to learn so much new information. Some of us educators tend to get lazy, believing that we've learned enough already that we can afford to take the "get around to it" attitude." So to all of you sisters and brothers that teach our children, this book is a MUST READ. For seekers of the TRUTH, it too is a must. Mr. Browder, I take my hat off to you. You make me so proud! hotep!

This book is a must read for those that want to obtain supreme knowlege and remove the effects of mental slavery the still affects black people today. In no way is this book racist, it just informs readers of their past and urges them to return to our original way instead of the European way. What separates this book from others is that it doesnt just tells us that we should return to our African way, it shows us step by step how! I really respect how he has raised his daughter to accompany him in his pursuit of knowlege, it makes me want to raise my children the same. I hope to meet Browder someday soon.

I read this book in one night. IT WAS JUST THAT GOOD! Browder does a great job of summing up the things we need to do to be truly FREE. I think African Americans as well as Whites are ashamed of and want to forget the things that happen during slavery, but "Survival Strategies" makes it perfectly clear why we shouldn't. The book points out the qualities of Black America and the reasons why we are so creative. A former Classmate of mine who is From Mali, Africa once told me that when he came to America for the first time and saw how Black Americans danced he almost cried. Why? My classmate said that Blacks in American Danced the same way they did in Africa. My classmate also told me that before he had a grasp of the English language it seem that he could understand Black Americans. Why? My classmate said that when he finally became fluent in english he realized that Blacks used the same "SOUL BROTHER" slang and mannerisms as Africans. This, to me, is Incredible and "Survival Stategies" tell you why it happens.

Bro. Browder picks up where he left off with his first powerhouse of essays. He is a on a mission to help people of African descent free their mind. And he is doing a tremendous job. In this book he gives his analysis on racism, white supremacy, health, spirituality, corruption of the media and many other topics.

This is a must,must,must! It was an incredible book. This book need to be taught to sons by our fathers. This is a book worth passing down to upcoming generations.

Whether you are in the USA, UK or the Motherland, this book is an inspiration and guide to those who want to do more than 'talk'. It promotes the act and determination of 'get up and do something for YOUR people'. I know My People are Great, I believe My People are able to achieve their greatness because OUR God is Great. Encourage one another to rise up in Oneness

I met Anthony Browder in Tennessee, he gave lectures at Freedom School Trainning.I had a signed copy of the book.This book made me proud to be black. The book was written so all readers could understand the content. The spirital enlightment I recieved,cannot be explained,the title of the book. Knowledge is the power to freedom of the mind, body, and soul. The information about KEMET,Heru and ASt, I taught those lessons this summer in freedom school.I history, My history, our history made the children's eyes light up. Just thinking about the feelings of joy, anger, love,strength,freedom,and power. No bookIever read made me feel so proud of my heritage. all the lessonsIlearned from Mr. browder's book and lectures I have retained and I always pass it on with joy. How can I thank a man who has given me so much. Thanks keep writting and building nations.
