A delicious taste of New England,

Living in the western US, I can't find brown bread like this anywhere but online. I love it! It is a traditional new england bread that you can buy in grocery stores in places like Boston. It is best served with baked beans and is delicious with cream cheese or butter on it.

I used to buy this when I lived in Maine years ago and it goes great with homemade baked beans. I live in the midwest now and had forgotten about it until I saw an advertisement somewhere a few months ago. My husband loves molasses and I thought that he'd really enjoy this unique bread. I was right - he loves it. We have 4 cans left, but he wants me to go ahead and order more. I'm wondering why they don't sell this nationally as it is so tasty. I don't remember it costing so much when I lived out East and the next time we're out that way I'm going to buy barrels of it!
