These bags do not work the way they are supposed to. As for as I'm concerned they are a waste of money. We tried them several times and found food sticks to them, they burn the edges, and the middle is not crips as it should be. If you want to reheat something and keep it crisp, look for something else, not these bags.

I have used this product off and on over MANY years, this particular version was an infomercial product pitched in the 90's I would imagine. You see this tech in many frozen foods particularly pizza, and "Pockets" type products. Any claims of cooking much from scratch is a stretch, this is better for re-heating. Think of a pizza slice or pannini. I have made a ham and swiss sand , or grilled cheese, with fair results. You see this or similar products used on film/ TV productions as part of craft service. Frequently late at night! Good enough for hot dogs too. Some real estate agents use this for re-heating cookies, for a happy-home aroma! Handy to have around.

The problem is that the company promises too much. These work well for re-heating leftovers, much better than a towel or cover, but cooking from scratch? Not so much.
