Book Description

4 and upP and up
Brown-Ears, the floppy, lop-eared rabbit, is rather forgetful. In fact, he's more than just forgetful. He's positively careless -- especially when it comes to getting lost. McRoss has taken Brown-Ears to the beach, where they have great fun building sandcastles. Sleepy, Brown-Ears closes his eyes for a nap. When he wakes, he finds himself alone...with the tide coming in! Will Brown-Ears ever find his way home again?

This review is from: Brown-Ears at Sea: More Adventures of a Lost and Found Rabbit (Paperback)
I read this to our children when they were in elementary school. It's a classic. Touching, funny, warm. Stephen Lawhead is an excellent author. I have read most of his books, and he captures the attention of the reader, whether it's a kid's book for for adults. This book is a keeper, and I also highly recommend the Arthur series as well as BYZANTIUM.
