Tastes great, consistency is perfect. Just add water, an egg, and a touch of canola oil. Mix it up and enjoy the result.

I bought a bag of this on my way back from Vermont. After using it, I knew I needed to stock up. So, like always, I went to Amazon and got a great deal. So, I bought 8 more bags.

This is one of the best pancake mixes I have tried. It is quick and easy and as good as any pancake batter made from scratch.

I, for one, like dense, moist pancakes. This mix combined with 1 tablespoon canola oil and one egg with slightly less water than recommended makes for an excellent pancake. If you like light, fluffy cakes, then keep on lookin, but if you want some cakes with real substance: you have found the right place!
