Delicious, Easy, and Perfect for Pancakes or Waffles
Tastes great, consistency is perfect. Just add water, an egg, and a touch of canola oil. Mix it up and enjoy the result. I bought a bag of this on my way back from Vermont. After using it, I knew I needed to stock up. So, like always, I went to Amazon and got a great deal. So, I bought 8 more bags.

Eh....
Believe it or not Aunt Jemima's buttermilk pancake mix is better than this one. It's not horrible but it almost tastes like it has too much baking soda in it. Dont think Ill buy again

This is one of the best pancake mixes I have tried. It is quick and easy and as good as any pancake batter made from scratch.

I, for one, like dense, moist pancakes. This mix combined with 1 tablespoon canola oil and one egg with slightly less water than recommended makes for an excellent pancake. If you like light, fluffy cakes, then keep on lookin, but if you want some cakes with real substance: you have found the right place!

I never could stand instant pancakes because thats what they tasted like, NOT these, these cook up in the finest pancakes I have ate. You never could tell the came out of a package.

I purchased this pancake mix based on reading a 5 star review. What a disappointment. I made pancakes with the mix and water (directions indicated egg and oil were optional). The pancakes tasted as if they were made of flour and water, No rise, no fluffiness and no taste. I will try them again using egg and oil, but my advice is to use a mix like Hungry Jack Buttermilk complete. Easy, tasty and cheaper.
